Prospective Fellows

The Fellowship Program of the Department of Psychiatry, University of Toronto, is both diverse and unique.  About two-thirds of Fellows are MD’s and one-third PhD’s.  The majority of Fellows are involved in a combination of research and clinical activities, although about a quarter are involved in the basic sciences or are working in a pure research environment. Participating in a Fellowship position offers an exceptional opportunity to experience academic psychiatry, whilst at the same time retaining protected time, and receiving advanced supervision.  The Fellowship Program allows for both broad and deep exploration of areas of interest within the field, and we are committed to the continual enrichment of academic Psychiatry throughout Canada.
